Where to go?

As you might be aware, On March 18, 2020 USCIS temporarily suspended in-person services at its field offices, asylum offices and Application Support Centers due to Covid-19. USCIS has now extended the public closures until at least April 7, 2020, when they will reopen unless there is a need to extend the date.
Please be assured that the employees in these offices are continuing to work on cases; only face-to-face contact with the public is suspended. If you have biometrics appointments or naturalization oath ceremony dates and other such public interviews, you will receive cancellation notices and USCIS will reschedule them. Individuals who had InfoPass or other appointments must reschedule through the USCIS Contact Center once field offices are open to the public.
Note that USCIS will accept all benefit forms and documents with reproduced original signatures, including the Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker, dated March 21, 2020, and beyond.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection will temporarily suspend operations at Trusted Traveler Program enrollment centers nationwide from March 19 until at least May 1, 2020. This includes Global Entry, Nexus, SENTRI and FAST enrollment locations.
At the Department of Justice, EOIR, all Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) master calendar and merit hearings currentlyscheduled through April 22 will be rescheduled. Neither the MPP program nor any hearings will be cancelled.  Any individual with an MPP hearing date through April 22 should appear at their designated port of entry on their previously scheduled date to receive a tear sheet and hearing notice containing their new hearing dates.
Any filings due during a court closure should be filed by March 30. Filing deadlines after March 30 remain in effect subject to the discretion of the immigration judge. There is no requirement that documents be filed in person. You may file by mail or by ECAS where available. For a closed court, filings should be made at the alternative court location listed.
